Moby Dick Book Cover

When asked to design a book cover in advanced graphic design I got really excited to do something for Moby Dick or the Whale by Herman Melville. The monotone design, type, illustrative style, and even the boat are all inspired by the 19th century themes. I also illustrated the project in a way to make it look weathered, all in the Adobe Creative Suite. It received a positive review from local librarians and was featured on a bookshelf in the public university library.
